The Port of Tacoma Commission has scheduled a special study session next week to discuss the organization’s strategic plan. According to the agenda, commissioners will review progress and accomplishments in 2013, and review planned initiatives, financial assumptions, and measures for this year. The special strategic plan study session will be held on Mon., March 17, beginning at 10 a.m. at the Inn at Gig Harbor, located at 3211 56th St. NW, in Gig Harbor.
