Port of Tacoma officials announced this week four office suites in the Fabulich Center (pictured) are available for lease.
Owned and managed by the Port of Tacoma, the five-story, 72,000-square-foot Fabulich Center, located at 3600 Port of Tacoma Road, features Class “B” office finishes, views of Mount Rainier and the Port of Tacoma, ample parking, and high-speed Internet connectivity. Current tenants range from shipping lines to lending companies to government agencies. Also, the Port of Tacoma Commission holds its regular public meetings in Room 104 of the Fabulich Center. The building is located just minutes from downtown Tacoma, Fife, and Port of Tacoma terminals via Interstate 5 and State Route 509.
The following suites are available for lease: Suite 211 (1,449 square feet); Suite 505 (6,507 square feet); Suite 506 (844 square feet); and Suite 302 (1,190 square feet).
