Port of Tacoma officials announced this week two properties have been listed available for lease.
First, approximately 20,320 square feet of high-bay, grade-level warehouse space is available for lease on the Port of Tacoma tide flats. The site, located at 401 E. Alexander Ave., is next to a rail spur and has an adjacent, paved yard area which is also available for lease. The site is accessible via Interstate 5 and State Route 509. Second, approximately 7.6 acres of usable yard space is available for lease on the Port of Tacoma tide flats. The site, located at 1721 Thorne Road, is fully fenced and graveled, and centrally located near Port of Tacoma terminals, and accessible via Interstate 5 and State Route 509.
