“A proposed land-swap would help move Running Wolf Smoke Shop from a residential Northeast Tacoma neighborhood to commercially-zoned property on the East Side.The City would offer City-owned land in Fife and the East Side, as well as clear houses and other structures from properties in the 1300 block of Alexander Avenue in Fife and assist with curb cuts to commercial property at the corner of Portland Avenue and Wright Street.The City Council will take testimony and vote on the swap during this evening’s Council meeting.”
