The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Feb. 20 starting at 5 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, First Floor, 747 Market St., on the draft amendment to the Tacoma Municipal Code to modify the implementation of the City’s Multifamily Property Tax Exemption Program. The draft code amendment is being recommended to provide greater flexibility in amending program criteria as well as incorporating additional 2007 State legislative changes. The hearing is intended to assist the Commission in evaluating the draft amendments and formulating its findings and recommendations for submittal to the Council.
