Members of the City Council are scheduled Jan. 15 to receive a briefing from the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency on their Oct. 16, 2007 recommendation to the Department of Ecology on the Tacoma Area Non-Attainment Boundaries for fine particle pollution and the status of the department’s action on the recommendation. As a second item on the agenda, City Council will continue their discussion on the safe, healthy, livable community priority component of the City’s strategic plan. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, Room 16.
