PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Court of the Puyallup Tribe of Indians for the Puyallup Indian Reservation has initiated a child support determination against you.

The Puyallup Tribe Child Support Program (PTCSP) has provided a report to the Court which details your support history of the minor child(ren) and indicates whether PTCSP is aware of any reason that the Court shall not enter a $00.00 Order of Child Support against you.

The parties shall have 14 days from the date of notice to file an objection to the report recommendation in writing. If no objection is filed, the Court shall enter an order adopting PTCSP’s recommendation and other orders as necessary.
