NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Trustee will on October 24, 2014, at the hour of 9:30 a.m., outside the County-City Building at the second floor entry plaza, 930 Tacoma Avenue South, Tacoma, Washington, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County of Pierce, State of Washington, to wit: PARCEL A: Lot 3 of Pierce County Short Plat No. 200508055001, according to Short Plat recorded August 5, 2005, records of Pierce County Auditor. PARCEL B: Lot 4 of Pierce County Short Plat No. 200508055001, according to Short Plat recorded August 5, 2005, records of Pierce County Auditor. Situate in the County of Pierce, State of Washington. Assessor's Parcel Nos. 0321297009 and 0321297010 (commonly known as 1920 and 1910 N 29th St, Tacoma, WA 98403) which is subject to those two Deeds of Trust dated November 22, 2011 and recorded on November 28, 2011 and December 6, 2011, under Auditor's File Nos. 201111280275 (Parcel A) and 201112060005 (Parcel B), records of Pierce County, Washington, from Tacoma View Properties, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, as Grantor, to Chicago Title Insurance Company, as Trustee, to secure obligations in favor of Fidelity Capital Services, as Beneficiary, the beneficial interest in which have been assigned to RK&KR Investments, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, under Assignments recorded under Auditor's File Nos. 201403280243 (Parcel A) and 201403280241 (Parcel B). II. No action commenced by the Beneficiary of the Deeds of Trust is now pending to seek satisfaction of the obligations in any Court by reason of the Borrower's or Grantor's default on the obligations secured by the Deeds of Trust. III. V. The above-described real property will be sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the obligations secured by the Deeds of Trust as provided by statute. VII. The Trustee whose name and address are set forth below will provide in writing to anyone requesting it, a statement of all costs and fees due at any time prior to the sale. VIII. The effect of the sale will be to deprive the Grantor and all those who hold by, through or under the Grantor of all their interest in the above-described property. IX.
