Members of City Council are scheduled April 20 to consider a resolution that would authorize a loan agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a $3.6 million dollar Community Development Block Grant Section 108 Guarantee loan to assist with the development of the Harold E. LeMay Museum.
