Dave Burns and the Tacoma Railcar Preservation Society has been awarded a $1,000 grant from the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation's 2015 Valerie Sivinski Washington Preserves Fund to help evaluate the existing roof and install temporary shrink wrap in anticipation of future restoration of the 1910 Northern Pacific Dining Car #1663, which is currently housed at the LeMay Family Collection at Marymount in Tacoma.
