A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held next week to mark the grand opening of The Commencement Condominiums in Ruston, according to the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber. Attendees will have an opportunity to tour two fully-furnished model homes, visit the sales center, and enjoy cupcakes from downtown Tacoma’s Hello, Cupcake. The 62-unit building offers condominium homes priced from the $500,000’s and up. The event will be held on Thurs., April 10, between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. (ribbon-cutting at 1:30 p.m.) at 5204 N. Bennett St. in Ruston.
