Many of our Midwest clients now have access to a key service contact in their own time zone.Initially, Russells Chicago-based group will provide sales and client service to institutional investors in the region. Other services such as trusteeship, employee communication and participant record keeping will be provided through Russells Tacoma headquarters, though they may be added to the Chicago operation in the future.The Chicago area office serves clients in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin.
