Tacomas neighbor to the north ranks sixth in the nation in home use of high-speed access to the Internet, according to Nielsen/NetRatings. Nielsen/NetRatings reported 691,000 individuals in the Seattle area used ISDN, DSL:, LAN or cable modem connections to the Internet last month. The number represents a 22.3 percent increase from last year.
