Local Tacoma residents will soon be able to shop at Best Buy, the nation’s largest volume specialty retailer of consumer electronics, personal computers, entertainment software and appliances.
The much-awaited 45,000-square-foot Best Buy features a wide assortment of shopper’s favorite brand names for the home office, consumer electronics, entertainment components, entertainment software and accessories.
The new Best Buy will be located just south of Tacoma Mall, across 47th Street.
An additional big box store is also being secured for this location by Simon Property Group, owners of Tacoma Mall.
“With the addition of Best Buy to our mall, we provide our shoppers with the highest quality shopping experience,” said Lynn Castle, marketing director at Tacoma Mall.
“The fall 2002 opening of Best Buy supports our pledge to provide our shoppers with those quality retail stores that they want to visit.”
Also new or coming soon to Tacoma Mall during 2002 are abercrombie, Helzberg Diamonds, Build-a-Bear, Philly’s Sandwiches & More, Beauty Works, Proctor Sports Cards, Limited Too and Casual Choice.
