The unemployment rate in Washington rose four-tenths of a percentage point to 7 percent in November, the first increase in the state’s seasonally adjusted November jobless rate since 1995.
Washington’s total nonagricultural employment fell by 2,400 jobs or .09 percent over the month of November.
