City Council members are scheduled to discuss the proposed Sound Transit Phase 2 projects in Tacoma and the Sound Transit board’s process for reviewing them during the Jan. 17 study session. The public may attend the noon study session in Room 16, Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., but the Council will not take public comment.
