Tacoma City Council is scheduled to consider a resolution June 2 that would adopt the 2009 Substantial Second Amendment to the 2008-2009 Annual Action Plan of the Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development which includes housing, community and economic development activities, and human services funding from the Federal American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009. The resolution would approve the submittal of the Substantial Second Amendment to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development by June 5.
