Tacoma City Council is scheduled July 28 to consider a resolution that would authorize a letter of intent with the Elks on Broadway LLC and the Elks Temple Properties LLC, to lay the foundation for a development agreement with both parties for the Elks building rehabilitation and adjacent mixed-use development project.
