The public can preview the sleek new Tacoma Link light rail trains Dec. 19-22 at the following locations:
– Dec. 19-20, open house, noon – 4p.m., Tacoma Link Operations and Maintenance Facility, 802 E. 25th St., Tacoma
– Dec. 21-22, vehicle display, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Freighthouse Square, 430 E. 25th St. Sound Transit will be accepting donations of non-perishable food items for the Emergency Food Network Inc.
Beginning in the fall of 2003, Link light rail trains will begin running every 10 minutes between the Tacoma Dome Station and downtown Tacoma.
