Project Scope: The Tacoma Public Library is seeking performance proposals from qualified firms to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform after-hours janitorial services as defined by specifications at all seven branch library facilities. Each sealed bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to 5 percent (5%) of the performance proposal including sales tax. All required forms noted within the specifications must be properly completed, all dollar figures must be unchanged original numbers, and all dollar figures must add and multiply perfectly, or the bid will be considered nonresponsive.
