A sore sight for anyone's eyes, this 1916 Craftsman bungalow in Tacoma's Hilltop neighborhood is slated for demolition. Despite few incentives to recycle and reuse the building's materials, the owner-developer and a preservationist have collaborated to make sure some of the materials are recycled instead of sent to a landfill.
