Theas Landing, featuring upscale condominiums and apartments located at 1701 Dock Street, was originally scheduled to open along with the Museum of Glass on July 6.
All the condominiums have been pre-sold, according to Tom Brown, a sales associate with Colliers International, a global real estate services firm.
They sold out within 45 days of becoming available, he said.
Tenants will begin moving in during the middle of this month, Brown stated. Commercial space is still being marketed, he said, although several letters of intent regarding various spaces have been received.
All these spaces are technically available.
Theas Landing is set to have a grand opening later in the fall, according to Brown.
