In an effort to help citizens learn more about local candidates before casting their votes in the upcoming general election, TV Tacoma has produced a Video Voters’ Pamphlet. Candidates who filed for the offices of Tacoma City Council, Tacoma Civil Service Board, Port of Tacoma Commission, Tacoma School Board and the Metro Parks Tacoma Board were invited to participate. The program is now being broadcast on TV Tacoma and is also be available online at http://www.tvtacoma.com . TV Tacoma is carried on both the Click! and Comcast Cable systems. On Click! TV Tacoma can be seen on Channel 12 in the Tacoma City limits and in Pierce County, with the exception of University Place, where it can be found on Channel 21.
