The University of Washington Tacoma, will host the first annual Business Leaders of the Year Awards on Thursday, Jan. 24, with a 5:30 p.m. reception in the library reading room and the awards event at the Keystone Auditorium at 6:30 p.m.
Awards will be presented for Business Leaders of the Year, Rising Star and Lifetime Achievement Awards.
Proceeds benefit the Tacoma branch of the University of Washingtons Business Administration Fund for Excellence.
The event is sponsored by the University of Washington Tacoma, Heritage Bank and the Business Examiner Newspaper Group.
