The Institute of Technology at the University of Washington, Tacoma, will host an information session June 23 for prospective students who are interested in earning a master of science degree in Computing and Software Systems. The application priority deadline for Autumn Quarter admission is July 1.
The session begins at 6 p.m. in the Pinkerton Building, located at 1702 Broadway on the UWT campus. At the event, Institute advisors will discuss how a master’s degree in CSS can help computer professionals expand their career options. Please RSVP to uwtech@u.washington.edu.
The Master of Science degree is available to students who have a baccalaureate degree in computing or another field.
The Institute of Technology was established to respond to the growing need for high-tech employees with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science computing degrees in Washington. The curriculum draws heavily on computer science, but with a greater emphasis on software engineering and distributed computing relevant to the needs of local and regional industry. Graduates of the Institute of Technology will be at the leading edge of new innovation in computing technologies.
