The Small Business Clinic, presented by UWT’s KeyBank Professional Development Center, is designed to teach local business owners and managers how to build healthier businesses. Participants will have an opportunity to deconstruct their business model, define their current performance level, develop realistic long- and short-term goals and create strategies to improve their business.
The clinic will be led by Dr. Patricia Janenko, who has taught marketing, sales, advertising, and more, and has worked in systems planning and data quality at AT&T.
The clinic runs from Oct. 11 to Dec. 1. Tuition is $499. To register or for more information, contact the Professional Development Center at (253) 692-4618 or visit http://www.tacoma.washington.edu/pdc.
