Tacoma City Council is scheduled to hear the final reading of two ordinances on Dec. 14 that would continue the current rates for Wastewater, Surface Water and Solid Waste services into 2011. These rates will remain in effect until the City does further studies on rate increases and discount programs in early 2011.
